Мой Родной Город, Russian for ‘My Hometown’, is the title of this series from Argentine photographer Ramiro Gómez. These minimalist urban landscapes were all shot in Ramiro’s province of Córdoba and, by showing only part of the building, Ramiro seeks to give a unique point of view, a new way of seeing everything around us. As Ramiro says: “Style and order are my philosophy in life as well as in photography; whenever I shoot my camera, I love seeing the colours, the lines, the shadows, I make them mine, they belong to me because I captured them, I appropriated them”.
